Personal training clients don’t need to be members to train with me at Meadowbank Sports Centre.
I recommend clients join their nearest gym when doing their sessions outside their personal training sessions as I want this process to be as easy to fit in around your life as possible.
However, Meadowbank is a fantastic option, the gym equipment is very modern and the staff are friendly.

I can loan you a pair of gloves for the first few sessions however I would suggest getting your own, as it’s more hygienic. I recommend 10-14 oz gloves (the amount of padding in the glove).
Hand wraps are also a great idea to prevent injuries with your knuckles, hands or wrists.

Yes, there is free parking on-site at Meadowbank Sports Centre, you’ll receive a ticket as you arrive and the reception team will validate it as you leave.

It also gives you a chance to ask any questions you have, so you’ll have all the information you need to make an informed choice.

Trainers and comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict movement in any way. I also recommend bringing a water bottle with you.
You’ll also have access to the lockers, showers and changing facilities provided.
